Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton, the two Ferrari drivers, had a disastrous weekend in Australia, where they lost a huge chunk of points due to poor timing and strategy. The Italian team was in a good position to win the race nice and clean if they had stayed a little longer or changed their tyres earlier. Leclerc finished the race in P8 and Lewis Hamilton in P10.
There was clear frustration with both drivers, as they were often interrupted by the team's radio messages despite being asked not to disturb them during races. Hamilton was the most frustrated Ferrari driver out there, as his new race engineer, Riccardo Adami, had a lack of understanding of how Hamilton operates and a communication gap between the two was evident as this was the first race for Lewis at Ferrari.
Ahead of the start of the Chinese Grand Prix weekend, it was the driver's introduction event and Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc went to the stage while Carlos Sainz and Alex Albon waited for their turn. While returning, the two Ferrari drivers congratulated Carlos and Alex for their brilliant weekend in Australia. Leclerc even joked, saying "well done" about Sainz crashing at Albert Park under VSC, and the drivers shared some light-hearted moments together after a long time.

Meanwhile, the team that impressed us the most was the Williams F1 racing team. The two experienced Williams drivers, Carlos Sainz and Alex Albon, were faster than the Ferrari cars all weekend and they didn't make any mistakes. Their strategy was on point and Alex Albon finished P5, which is a huge result compared to the situations and circumstances they were put into.
Even though Carlos Sainz was out of the race during VSC, he helped the team with their tyre strategy throughout the race and helped Alex Albon finish P5. Many were impressed by Sainz's ability to foresee things, especially during the tough wet conditions in Albert Park. They played the survival game well compared with other top teams like McLaren, Ferrari and Red Bull.
Williams looks like one of the top teams in 2 or 3 years. The F1 Chinese Grand Prix has started, and the drivers are already gearing up for the big weekend in Shanghai. The track is one of the longest in the calendar, with many tough corners and high-speed braking areas. So downforce will play a huge part in control and handling.
