The 2015 MotoGP season was very frustrating for the Legend Valentino Rossi as he was gunning for his 10th world title. The Italian rider was leading the MotoGP rider's standings for the most part of the year but he lost it to his teammate Jorge Lorenzo in the end.

Marc Marquez was the defending world champion having won his second world title in 2014 for Honda. There was an accusation by Rossi that Marc Marquez was out of the MotoGP title fight but he often clashed with him to help his fellow countryman Lorenzo win the championship. The incident happened at the San Marino Grand Prix press conference as heated words were exchanged between Lorenzo and Rossi with Dani Pedrosa sitting quietly in the middle of them not knowing what to do.

Lorenzo criticised Valantino’s style of overtaking during the races for which the doctor replied “I won't let Lorenzo say that 'I’m a driver who never overtakes properly'. Because it's false. Lorenzo is also aggressive when he overtakes me.  And I think that this manoeuvre in Misano was like all the other manoeuvres of this type in competition. Like the one Pedrosa did on me or Marquez did on me at Silverstone.”

Lorenzo replied “I understand that he didn't want to let me start in front at Misano and that he wanted to cut my pace by being in front. But his overtaking was aggressive. It's my opinion and he should respect me when I express it.”

He went one step further and asked Rossi to behave to his age. The Spaniard said “When you reach the age of 37, you should be able to be polite when others answer a question that has been asked of them. You just need to be quiet and wait for your turn to speak. It's a question of education.”

Lorenzo accused the former MotoGP world champion of intimidating others during press conferences and not allowing them to speak by interrupting. All this time Danii Pedrosa did not know what to say and kept quiet watching everything.
