Acosta's High-Speed Crash

During the free practice session, Acosta had a crash which stunned the spectators in Malaysia. The Sepang International circuit is very famous for its high-speed corners which are very big and flat. Most riders approach the corners with full flat-out speed and then brake heavily.

The calculation for braking and cornering should be accurate to make it to perfection. Pedro Acosta was very impressive in his lap time but when turning in the corner at turn 9 the Spaniard had a low side and just slid away from the track. But fortunately, the gravel just saved the bike from more damage just chirping some carbon off the bike. Pedro Acosta again rejoined the track and went straight into the garage. Acosta will be driving for theKTM Factory Team next year.

His natural ability and mature riding helped him get the big opportunity to drive for the KTM factory team in 2025. He is an instant hit in MotoGP and many teams are looking to sign the rider next year. Even teams with Ducati Backgrounds showed interest in signing the Spanish rider for next year. But he was very interested in continuing with KTM showing his loyalty to the Austrian brand which has helped him grow as a rider since his junior days. Acosta is seen as a future world champion and wishes to win the championship with an orange colour.
