Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri weren't alive when McLaren won the 1998 Formula 1 constructor tile. The reason is that they were not even born during that occasion. After 26 years of struggle, the two young guns brought McLaren their long-awaited title.
Even legends like Lewis Hamilton, Fernando Alonso, Kimi Raikkonen, and Jenson Button couldn't win the constructor title for McLaren. It was all written in destiny that Lando and Oscar were meant to win the title. The Aussie and the English driver earned maximum points for their team throughout the season. Scoring points consistently in each race brought them their title after these long years.

We also need to appreciate the work behind them with team principal Andrea Stella leading a good aerodynamic team and making the car the best of the season interms of pace on all the tracks. CEO Zak Brown played an important role in holding the team together with sponsorship and key upgrades.
So the constructors championship won by McLaren is a collective partnership by the entire team and the drivers played an important part in it. Oscar Piastri was asked for an interview after their historic triumph in the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

'I want to be alive' - Oscar Piastri
The Australian lost his chance to be on the podium after Verstappen divebombed into him on the opening lap. But he was back on his foot securing a 10th place finish after the race and had his part. He said “I am proud of our team but personally as a team but still plenty more to go. This is the first time in 26 years and I don't want to wait 26 years for the next one. Well, try to make it happen again soon.”
Oscar: “I don’t wanna wait 26 years for the next one [WCC].”

The interviewer said Lando and Oscar weren't alive during McLaren’s last win and Oscar replied “I know, I would like to be alive for the next one and I would like to be part of the next one, and after that.” The McLaren team is in a strong position to end Max Verstappen's reign next year.
Red Bull team will have a lot of work as their key rivals McLaren, Ferrari and Mercedes are closing the gap rapidly. With Adrian Newey out of the team, they need to somehow manage their aerodynamic abilities next year with some powerful driving dynamics that they lacked this year.
