The Final Formula 1 race in Abu Dhabi is underway as McLaren and Ferrari fight for their constructor's championship title. McLaren is in a comfortable lead but it was all spoiled by the reigning world champion Max Verstappen.
Verstappen Divebomb cost Oscar
In the opening lap, Verstappen divebombed into Oscar Piastri, who was running in P2 and was knocked by the Red Bull driver. Max Verstappen and Oscar Piastri both spun and the dutchman was back to his feet very soon. But poor Oscar piastri was pushed out of the track and when he rejoined the race he was already in the last place. In the meantime,Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc moved to P7.
The McLaren pit crew raised the issue with the stewards and they investigated the matter and declared Verstappen’s move as very risky and gave him a 10-second penalty which was worth the punishment. McLaren's hopes of winning the constructors championship now rely completely on Lando Norris.
The British driver is running P1, and if he stays there he will help his team win the constructors title this year. But the Strategy McLaren does for Lando will be very crucial as they have lost many races due to strategy errors. So McLaren should be on point with their strategies.

Oscar Piastri pitted and changed to Hard tyres, aiming for the long run, but got a 10-second penalty for Puncturing Franco Colapinto in the back. The constructors championship battle went for a twist on the first lap of the race, which nobody expected to happen.
All Lando Norris wants to do is manage his tyres with some nice pace and keep the lead to win the race and also the constructors championship. Alpine driver Gasly also has an advantage over the two Haas drivers as the two teams are fighting for sixth place in the constructor's title. Jack Doohan and Gasly are both in the top 10 and they can take the 6th place if they stay the same. The final race became a thriller as expected.
