Formula 1 is the world's fastest racing competition. It is also very dangerous as the world's fastest cars are involved in racing with each other. Even a millisecond of losing concentration will end the cars in the barriers. The cars are moving so fast that even the fans who are watching the race live can't see them.
But on our television, we see the live crash video as a normal crash video and we don't get the same impact as the Formula 1 fans who watch the crash live on the track. For all those fans who didn't watch a live crash here is a video that is an example of how fast the car moves and crashes in real time.

A huge crash at the Singapore GP
This crash was from the 2024 Singapore Grand prix in which Ferrari driver Carlos Sainz was involved. Sainz was preparing for a launch in the final Qualifying session and crashed straight into the walls as he lost his rear. Singapore Track was always a favourable track for Ferrari as just a year before Sainz became the winner in 2023. But 2024 was a total disaster for the Italian team as their drivers Carlos Sainz and Charle Leclerc were out of the top pole positions.
The Singapore Marina Bay race track is the toughest in the calendar as it has many turns and twists which the drivers feel very hard to control. Also the temperature there is very harsh for the drivers. This year's race was hot and humid many drivers got suffocation. Carlos Saiz who just won the Mexican Grand prix said that the Singapore race track was the hardest ever race for him.
Ferrari had a good practice session but the qualifying became a disaster for them. During Q3 he lost the rear and crashed which ended his teammate's session too due to the Red flag. This is the last year for Sainz in the Italian team as next year he will pave the way for the 7-time world champion Lewis Hamilton to join the team. He will replace Franco Colapinto at the Williams F1 team in 2025.
