MotoGP 2024 season is currently happening and we have Japanese GP this weekend. The first Free practice session was dominated by Ducati Factory team’s Francesco Bagania who was the fastest of the session. His championship contender Jorge Martin was second fastest and VR46 teams Fabio DI Giannantonio came as the third fastest. The first practice session was a rain-hit session as many riders spent less than 12 laps on the track.

The second practice session started after the rain and this was a surprise to everyone because everyone expected the reigning world champion and his Ducati to dominate but KTM rider Brad Binder came out as a surprise and he set the fastest lap of the session.

Another surprise was Marc Marqueez who is riding for the Gresini racing team which uses a Ducati engine finishing second and third place was taken by Jorge Martin who uses a Ducati bike and fourth place was taken by Gas Gas Tech 3 rider Pedro Acosta who again uses a KTM bike.

KTM came out of nowhere and dominated the session completely. The reigning world champion Francesco Bagnaia was pushed to seventh place as his teammate Enea Bastianini finished fifth in the second practice session.

Bagnaia's wife came for the rescue

The interesting thing that happened during the session was between Pecco Bagnaia and his wife Domizia Castagnini at the paddock. Bagnaia was getting ready for the session but he had some issues with his riding gloves which seemed to have got stuck inside.

Sessions time is ticking fast and his wife comes to the rescue. She took the gloves in her hand pulling the stuck part of the gloves outside. This was recorded in the streaming as Francesco comes and gets the gloves from her. She even asks if it's okay for him now. This was one cute moment between two life partners who were helping each other. This video was posted by the MotoGP in their X and it went viral.
