Formula 1 world champion Max Verstappen and his new rival George Russell were seen enjoying their Christmas holidays with their girlfriends in different parts of the world. The two drivers had an on-field tussle at the end of the year in the Qatar Grand prix for which they both slammed each other through the media. But now the F1 season is over and the two drivers are enjoying their holidays with their girlfriends in a similar fashion.

George Russell and his girlfriend
The Mercedes driver went skiing for the first time and seemed to enjoy that with his girlfriend. He went to Sierra Nevada, Spain for his Christmas holidays where he took a new adventure. After a hard-fought season, George definitely needs a break and time to explore new places.
Mercedes has some big work for him next year, so before that he needs some refreshments and skiing is one of the best ways. Next year Russell will have a new teammate Kimi Antonelli instead of Lewis Hamilton and the Brit has a big job to do with his young Italian teammate. He is also seen as a potential contender for the World championship.

Max Verstappen and Kelly Piquet with Penelope
F1 world champion Max Verstappen’s girlfriend Kelly Piquet posted a video of a Christmas tree outside their house surrounded by cold mountains full of snow. Last year Max went with Kelly to ski in the Alps mountains. The couple are having a similar holiday vacation this year.

Verstappen and Kelly Piquet recently shared they will become parents next year and many fans were happy for the couple. Verstappen lives with Kelly Piquet and her daughter Penelope in Monaco. Recently Max Verstappen was seen with Penelope in a clothing store doing shopping.
The four-time world champion had a tough season this year with his car and the FIA for Swearing over the team radio. For the first time in two years, Max Verstappen was challenged by McLaren driver Lando norris for the driver's title. However, the Dutch driver showed impressive performance kept his consistency throughout the season and retained his fourth world championship.
