The Belgian Grand Prix witnessed a remarkable turn of events as Lewis Hamilton showcased his extraordinary driving skills, thrillingly seizing the lead. The race, held at the iconic Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, started with Charles Leclerc holding the pole position. However, it was Hamilton's strategic brilliance and pace that stole the spotlight.

As the lights went out, Hamilton made a rocket start, immediately positioning himself as a strong contender. Despite Leclerc's initial lead, Hamilton's keen racing instincts and aggressive approach were evident right from the beginning.

Here is the video:

Sergio Perez, starting in second, quickly fell victim to Hamilton's prowess as the British driver manoeuvred past him through the challenging Eau Rouge and down the Kemmel Straight, setting the tone for what was to come.

By the third lap, Hamilton's relentless pursuit of the lead bore fruit. Utilizing the Drag Reduction System (DRS) with impeccable timing, he executed a flawless pass on Leclerc down the Kemmel Straight. The ease with which Hamilton overtook Leclerc was a testament to both his skill and the performance of his Mercedes.

Lando Norris had a horrible start!

The drama escalated as Lando Norris faced a disastrous start, dropping from fourth to seventh place. Meanwhile, Oscar Piastri capitalized on the chaos, moving up to fourth. Max Verstappen, showing his typical tenacity, was right on Norris's tail, having already climbed three places.

As Hamilton surged ahead, the top ten standings saw a mix of expected and surprising placements. Behind Hamilton, Leclerc managed to hold on to second place, with Perez in third. Piastri, George Russell, and Carlos Sainz filled the next three spots, while Norris, Verstappen, Fernando Alonso, and Alexander Albon completed the top ten.
