McLaren driver Lando Norris had the most successful season last year with a career-highest number of points and a second-place finish in the driver's championship. The British driver challenged Max Verstappen for the world title but could not capitalise his late gains.
His slow start to the year was the biggest reason behind his failure to grab his first-world title. But this year he is very confident with his team and will go for the kill against his rivals from the start. The Brit is currently enjoying his time in Monaco, where he was often seen driving his old F40 car.

Lando is very fond of that car; wherever he goes, he takes that Ferrari. But fans were shocked to see the F40 damaged heavily in its back. The rear left part of the car was not to be seen, and many believe the F1 driver could have crashed his car somewhere when taking reverse or someone would have crashed into him from behind.

But Norris seems to be not worried about anything, as he was seen with a new Ferrari in Monaco. This time it was a Ferrari 812, which he bought last year. The reasons for his sudden change are unknown, but one thing we know for sure: the McLaren driver's love for Ferrari cars is unmatchable.

Lando Norris is a surprise package that emerged out of nowhere in 2024, starting from the Miami Grand Prix. He dominated most of the races in the later part of the season. If he had started his run two or three races earlier, then he would have definitely won the 2024 drivers championship, beating Max Verstappen.
The 2025 season will be a great season because McLaren, Ferrari, Red Bull, and Mercedes are all looking very strong, and it could be a four-way contest for the championship. This could also be the end of the hybrid era and the last season with 10 teams. From 2026, Formula 1 will have 11 teams competing for the title, as General Motors is officially entering with their Cadillac F1 team.
