Sergio Perez is not having a great weekend in the Qatar Grand Prix. He was out of the Sprint Qualifying session after missing out on the Q2 and Q3 sessions. The Mexican Driver is in a bad phase of life as he struggles with everything he is doing.
Red Bull couldn't fight for the constructor's championship against McLaren and ferrari because Checo couldn't score the points. Ferrari and McLaren's drivers are very much in sync and they fight together to win the constructors title.
But in Red Bull, only Max Verstappen is fighting with the rivals carrying the Red Bull team on his shoulders and Checo is struggling with his car. He was 200+ points behind his teammate Max Verstappen which is very unusual for a team driver. His continuity with the Red Bull team is a big question even though he signed a fresh deal with them in June this year. Drivers like Yuki Tsunoda, Liam Lawson and Franco Colapinto are lined up to grab the seat from Checo.

Everything goes rock bottom for Checo.
Sergio Perez’s biggest aim in the final two races is to finish at the best possible position for the team and score some points. But even that doesn't go as planned for the Mexican driver. In Qatar Sprint Qualifying he had some issues in his car so he breached the Parc ferme regulations and made some changes.
Sergio Perez is the first driver ever to be overtaken exiting the pitlane from which they started a race.

Because of that, he was punished with a pit lane start alongside Williams driver Franco Colapinto. The Bizarre incident happened for Checo in the Pitlane as he was overtaken by Franco in the Pitlane itself making him the first driver to be overtaken inside a pitlane during the race.
🇶🇦🗣️| Checo: I think that was a good step considering where we were with the disconnected balance with the car.

Perez wants to start the race as far behind as possible to find the issues in his car as he doesn't care about the Sprint race. But Franco was very curious to overtake the Mexican driver and went far ahead. Perez finished in last place at the Sprint race which is a disaster for Red Bull interms of constructors points. The Qualifying session went somewhat well for the Mexican as he finished in 9th place. Let us hope that Red Bull could turn something good for Perez, just like helping Max Verstappen get back to the Pole position after many races.
