Another crash incident happened at the 2025 Australian Grand Prix during the Virtual safety car. This time, it was Jack Doohan and Carlos Sainz crashing out of the race due to the rear wheel torque that pushed them into the walls.

VCARB driver Isack Hadjar had a similar incident where his rear wheel pushed him into the walls, and the impact broke his rear wing. The F2 runnerup was heartbroken as he cried on the race track and was later consoled by Lewis Hamilton’s father, Anthony, on the pit walls.

This time, it was another rookie, the home driver Jack Doohan spinning in the straights and crashing his alpine. Doohan also had a similar incident to Hadjar when he ran over the slippery white line, and due to that, he crashed into the wall, damaging both his front and rear wings.

The Alpine driver’s F1 career depends on the first few races, and to make it worse, his home Grand Prix ended in a disaster. Jack Doohan will be thinking about what went wrong for him, as that was an unlucky incident for the Australian.

Another heartbreak was seeing reigning Australian Grand Prix champion Carlos Sainz crash out of the race. Driving a Williams car, the Spaniard was fantastic all weekend. But the rain ended his dream run, as he had a similar incident while exiting the corner.

Sainz was unsure of what went wrong as he made no mistakes. Unfortunately, his race ended in vain, leaving the Williams mechanics heartbroken after Sainz and Albon secured their best qualifying result in 10 years. With Sainz out of the race, Alex Albon remains their only hope to score points. The Australian Grand Prix is underway, with McLaren drivers Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri in P1 and P2 and Red Bull's Max Verstappen in P3.
