Indian actor and racer Ajith Kumar again suffered a massive accident in Jerez after his extreme move towards an opponent toppled his car upside down. The 54-year-old actor was racing in the Porsche Sprint challenge at the Valencia circuit in Spain. Previously the actor crashed his car in Portugal during the same sprint challenge. This is his second big crash in a month but he came out unscratched. The crash video was shared on social media by his manager Suresh Chandra.
Suresh Chandra wrote “In Valencia Spain where the races were happening Round 5 was good for Ajith Kumar. He ended 14th place, winning appreciation from everyone. Round 6 was unfortunate. Crashed 2 times due to other cars. The annexes video clearly shows that he was not at fault.”
He added “The first time despite of crash he got back into the pit and was doing well. The second time again crash happened and he toppled twice. His perseverance is stronger and he comes out unscathed again to continue the race. Thanks for all the prayers concerns and wishes. AK is all right.”

Ajith Kumar was trying to catch his opponent but while doing this he touched the rear end of his rival in the corner. This made the car in the front spin, eventually touching Ajith Kumar’s rear end and throwing him out of the track into the gravel. It flipped for a few rounds before halting, and AK emerged out of the car unscratched and gave thumbs up to the stewards telling them he was ok. There was also another video showing the onboard lap that showed the actor pushing himself too much around the corner which was the reason for the massive crash.
Usually, when two drivers approach a corner, the driver who reaches the corner first or in front can claim the corner line and the driver behind should back out. Ajith Kumar tried to back out but it was too late as he touched his opponent's rear side. He should concentrate more on his braking timings which is important for a racing driver or he could end up in more accidents. Many of his fans claimed the same and some even wrote on their X. One said “He needs more practice before participating in a race! On top of money and passion, he needs practice too.”
