Oscar Piastri jokes about flying a plane, deletes the post due to 9/11

Formula 1 Racer Oscar Piastri posted a picture of him sitting in a plane cockpit saying it has more controls than he used to. Later he deleted the post.

Formula 1 McLaren driver Oscar Piastri recently joked on social media about flying a plane. He then deleted the post remembering the 9/11 incident. Piastri's Post had been captioned as “A Few more Buttons than I'm Used to.” Formula 1 cars used to have more controls and buttons during races. Oscar Piastri Joked that the plane had more buttons and controls than his Formula 1 car.

Internet Started Joking

He Posted the Picture on September 11 which he felt bad about it and later deleted the post. But the die-hard F1 fans are everywhere they caught the post and started commenting and making fun. One user commented “Ok, but honestly respect to the fact that he deleted it when he realized.” Another user commented “He Probably forgot it was 9/11. Not Deliberate.”

Oscar Piastri was born on 6th April 2001 and the 9/11 Incident happened on September 11, 2001, in New York. He was just a 5-month-old boy during the incident. Many people on the internet started joking about the post. Oscar Piastri removed the post because of the 9/11 incident or not we don’t really know. The internet needs fun so it took it's chance from Piastri’s post. 

Piastri is a promising young talented driver from Australia. He finished second in the Italian Grand Prix held in Monza. He stands fourth in the Formula 1 driver's rankings this season with 197 points. Currently, Max Verstappen leads the 2024 driver's championship with 303 points, Oscar's teammate Lando Norris with 241 points, and Ferraris Charles Leclerc with 217 points.
