The most entertaining and enjoyable race of the year The Las Vegas Grand Prix has started. The Grand Prix made its debut last year and the event in the 2023 season was a grand success for the organisers. The Entertainment capital of the world is ready to see more thrilling action this year as the weekend is underway.

The 2023 Las Vegas event was won by Red Bull driver Max Verstappen as Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc and Red Bull’s Sergio Perez finished behind him. But the thing which really caught the attention of everyone was the mysterious sphere which was sighting at the drivers while they were driving around the street circuit.

What is the Mysterious Sphere?
The Sphere very much grabbed the attention of everyone and it was present all weekend. The Sphere is called 'Sphere at the Venetian Resort'. It is a multipurpose venue that can hold up to 18,600 audiences in its stand. The official website of the sphere says "A next-generation entertainment medium that is redefining the future of live entertainment, allowing the foremost artists, creators, and technologists to create extraordinary experiences that take storytelling to a new level and transport audiences to places both real and imagined." It also claims to use the 22nd century technology which helps give the audiences a new kind of experience which they never experienced before.

It is used for a variety of events like sporting events, entertainment shows and exhibitions. The sphere also hosts MMA matches. It was built at a huge cost of 2.3 billion dollars which is two times more than the originally planned 1.2 billion dollars. It is also used as a next-generation projector to show multiple kinds of visual graphics to the live audience.

It took 5 years to build the sphere. This weekend we will also see the world’s biggest music stars performing before the sphere. The tickets were sold as a three-day package where audiences can visit the race for all three days and also enjoy music concerts in the stands. The Las Vegas GP will be out and out entertaining event for the fans both on the track and off the track.
