Michael Schumacher's brother's ex-wife claims she 'wasted years' after knowing truth of F1 star

Cora Schumacher continued her verbal sparring with her ex-husband, F1 icon Ralf Schumacher, by displaying the half-burnt of her wedding gown. In July, Ralf, the younger brother of Formula One legend Michael Schumacher, came out as homosexual on Instagram with a heartfelt post that said, "The most beautiful thing in life is when you have the right partner by your side with whom you can share everything."

He is currently seeing Etienne Bousquet-Cassagne, a Frenchman. After claiming to have been taken by surprise by the news, Cora, who wed Ralf in a spectacular wedding in 2001, was in anger. Before their 2015 divorce, the couple had been married for 14 years. The outfit Cora wore on the day she married the German was destroyed, as she has just disclosed.

"This is the rest of my wedding dress from Escada," she remarked, displaying the burnt pieces while appearing on the German TV program "Uber Geld spricht man doch!" via Bild. I'm not sure why it remains. Her action is merely the most recent development in the harsh conflict between the ex-partners, who have a child together. She went to therapy and said she felt like she had "wasted years" of her life.

Cora was not aware of his relationship

A series of arguments between the ex-partners, who are parents to a joint kid, have culminated in this public outrage. In addition to stating that she sought therapy following their breakup, Cora revealed sentiments of betrayal and time lost. The German TV host remarked, "I wish Ralf had included me or at least let me be part of his decision," hinting at her struggles from the previous year. Respect would have been shown by doing so. In the paddock, there were a lot of rumours during his Formula One career.

In revenge, Ralf shared pre-announcement letters from Cora that seemed to indicate that she was aware of his relationship and sexual orientation. Until he revealed his new connection, Cora maintained that she was unaware that Rafael was gay. As for Ralf, he has retaliated by saying that his ex-wife was aware of it and even sent the couple well wishes for the future.
