The other 5 riders who ended in the top 10 are maverick Vinales (Aprilia Racing), Brad Binder (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing), Fabio Di, Giannantonio (VR46), Franco Morbidelli Prima Pramac Racing), and Alex Rins (Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP). The next 10 riders are Fabio Quartararo (Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP), Hometown boy Jack Miller (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing), and Pedro Acosta (Red Bull Gas Gas Tech 3).
The last few spots were taken by Johann Zarco (LCR Honda), Augusto Fernandez (Red Bull Gas Gas tech 3), Enea Bastianini (Ducati), Joan Mir (Repsol Honda Team), Alexi Espargaro (Aprilia racing), Luca Marni (Repsol Honda Team), Takaaki Nakagami (LCR Honda), Lorenzo Savadori (Track House racing), Raul Fernandez (Track House racing).
Marc Marquez dominated the session with his precision driving and getting the lead in the final stages of the session which was impressive for a man using a Ducati 23 model engine which is less powered than what the Ducati factory riders Enea Bastianini and Francesco Bagnaia are riding. Tomorrow will be a big day as we will have Practice sessions and qualifying sessions followed by a 13-lap Tissot sprint race. Sunday will be the race day and it will be the end of this year's Australian Grand Prix.
