Popular Indian actor well-known in Tamil movies Ajith Kumar has recently started his racing team called 'Ajith Kumar Racing.' The Actor who is also a racer has participated in many FIA Competitions including the 2004 Formula Asia BMW F3 Championships and 2010 Formula 2 Championship. Fabian Duffieux will be the new racing driver for the team. They will now compete in the 24-hour European series in the Porsche 992 GT3 cup category. He also loves Formula 1 races as he is very adorned follower of the sport for many years.

The news was announced by his manager Suresh Chandra via X tweet. In the post, he said, “We are proud to announce the beginning of a new exciting adventure: Ajith Kumar Racing. And the amazing news? Aside from being a team owner, Ajith Kumar is back in the racing seat. Ajith is among the very few Indians to race in the international arena and FIA Championships. He competed in the 2004 Formula Asia BMW F3 championships and he raced in the 2010 Formula 2 Championships."
"The new racing team will be engaged in various international racing series starting with the competitive 24h European series in the Porsche 992 GT3 Cup category. One of our biggest aims will be to help talented young drivers while providing them with a fully supported racing program. Can't wait to tell you more about this very soon. The win or nothing! Ajith Kumar has a big racing history as he competed in the MRF racing series in 2010. He also raced in various circuits like Mumbai, chennai, and Delhi. At the international level, he was in Germany and Malaysia. He was seen testing the ferrari 488 EVO challenge at Dubai Autodrome for the upcoming European racing season. Apart from racing ajith was also the founder of Venus Motorcycles which is a motorbike touring and training company.
The actor is currently acting in two films Vidaa Muyarchi and Good Bad Ugly. After the completion of these films, he is likely to focus full-time on his racing career and his racing team. He is a big fan of Formula 1 racer and legend Ayrton senna. Ajith Kumar called, ‘Thala’ was often seen as a counterpart to Thalapathy Vijay in Tamil cinema. Before Ajith kumar, Vijay mallaya is the only indian to own a international racing team "Force india' and competed in Formula 1 races.
