The Brazilian Grand Prix is an uphill task for Max Verstappen as he struggled with a lack of pace and power in the last 7 races. But tough times bring the toughness out and Max is a good example. The rain-soaked Brazilian GP circuit couldn't stop Max Verstappen from bringing the best out of him showing mastery in the rain and winning the Race. He had an engine penalty even before the race. The qualifiers were a complete disaster for him as he couldn't reach Q3 due to the Red Flags.

The Dutchman had some grit that was needed to win a race like that in Brazil. Max started on the 17th and was quick in moving top of the order and won the race. He overtook every car he saw with his unique style of driving which many media criticized especially the British media houses.

The two Brits George Russell and Lando Norris both were unlucky as their pit strategy backfired and gave lead to Max Verstappen in the end. Driving in the rain, especially in conditions like Sao Paulo was very hard. We can call him the Flying Dutchman’ as he is flying with his car in the rain-hit circuit while many other drivers struggling to keep their car on the track.

Max Verstappen showed us why he is the best in the business currently. After winning the race Max Verstappen jokingly took a swipe at the British media houses who were always critical about Verstappen. Before the race, many British media and former drivers took a dig at Max Verstappen for his aggressive driving at the Mexico GP. He would have crashed into Lando Norris while trying to defend his position. But Max Ignored everyone and said, “They were all biased and I don't listen to those individuals.”

Verstappen not holding back

After the race Max Verstappen went to the press meet with fellow podium sitters Esteban Ocon and Pierre Gasly. Before the start, Max Verstappen took a jibe at the British Media houses. He said, “I  Have a quick question here. I mean, I appreciate of all you being here. But I don't see any British press. Did they have to run to the airport -or they don't know where the press conference is?”

Many people erupted with laughter after Max Vertsappen’s statement and then the driver's press conference started and people started asking questions to the three podium winners at the Interlagos circuit. Adrian Newey, Max Verstappen’s Former car designer also talked about the British Media being biased and demonising Max Verstappen.
