Elon Musk, the Chairman of Twitter and Tesla, was the biggest influencer behind Donald Trump's win in the US Presidential elections. Elon got involved in politics, and at one point, he started his hatred against the Democrats. He even used Twitter, his 44 billion digital property as a weapon for attacking Democrats and succeeded.
Musk also invested 250 million dollars in Donald Trump’s election campaign. For all his work during the election, President Trump has gifted him with the leadership of the newly formed Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) along with republican Vivek Ramaswamy. The department was created to reduce the wasteful expenditure of US funds and advise the government to benefit business interests.

Presently, Elon Musk has poked his nose into UK Politics which was not welcomed by Former Formula 1 driver and Sky Sports F1 pundit, Martin Brundle. Musk was linked with the UK’s Reform Party which won 5 seats in the 2024 British General elections.
The Reform Party was founded in 2018 and is led by Nigel Farage. On Sunday, Elon Musk called for Nigel to be replaced as a leader. Brundle who was recently honoured by the UK government for his contribution to Motorsports was thinking about his future in X or Twitter due to the Tesla CEO’s interference in British Politics.

F1 Pundit Slams Musk
He wrote “I’m conflicted. I like Twitter/X and it has served F1, Sky, me and the people around me, very well for a good while. But Elon Musk is such a daily globally interfering D**K I feel the need to go somewhere else.” After his post, many users commented regarding his views and later he posted another message on his page. He added, “I’ve thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the diversity to my last post, including the negativity. That’s what keeps you alive motivated and in touch. I’ll stick with Twitter/X and keep my mind open. Opinions are like noses, everybody’s got one and they all count.”
A user questioned Brundle about having a blue tick that only comes with an X subscription. Brundle replied, “I don't pay for blue tick. Didn’t even know I still had one.” The famous F1 commentator often had awkward moments when taking interviews and grid walk segments in his 30-year broadcasting journey.
