WWE Raw, February 18, 2025: Top 2 Moments and 2 Big Disappointments You Missed

On the 18th of February 2025, WWE Raw featured some good segments along with some not-so-good segments. While some matches were great, other matches did not live up to the expectations. Some of the top stars of the company like Gunther, Jey Uso, Sami Zayn, AJ Styles, Finn Balor, Bron Breakker, Penta, and Seth Rollins got screen time.

There were a couple of Elimination Chamber Qualifier matches in which Seth Rollins overcame Finn Balor to proceed. In the Women's division, Roxanne Perez beat Raquel Rodriguez to proceed to the Elimination Chamber. There were also Qualifier matches for the Women's IC title and faceoffs of some of the WrestleMania 41 bound wrestlers like Jey Uso and Gunther, and others.

Top 2 Best Moments of WWE Raw, February 18, 2025 

One of the best moments of the night was the faceoff between AJ Styles and Bron Breakker. As the Phenomenal One overcame Dirty Dom, Bron entered the ring to send a message. Instead of spearing Styles, Breakker executed it on Dom. He then tried to disrespect Styles by throwing his T-shirt. AJ used it to his advantage and took a smooth catch, which was the finest moment of the night.

While that segment increased the interest towards the future match between Bron and Styles, Gunther mocking Jey Uso's entrance and trolling the fans was another entertaining segment. His promo work was great and the Ring General had a brawl with Jey Uso. It further helped the fans to show interest in Jey and Gunther's match at WrestleMania 41.

Top 2 Big Disappointments of WWE Raw, February 18, 2025

The biggest disappointment of the night was Finn Balor's continued streak of jobbing. In his last 8 televised matches, Balor has won a solitary match and lost 7 of his matches. While Seth Rollins is better than him at this point, Finn is probably jobbing a bit too much. The Judgement Day Star deserves a singles run.

Dakota Kai took on Ivy Nile in the Women's IC title qualifier match. While it was a decent match, one could not help but care less for the mid-card Women's title. So far, nothing significant has happened in the US title or the IC title in the Women's division. There's a need for a better creative plan for the Women's division, especially for their mid-carders.
