WATCH: Jey Uso claims Kofimania wouldn't exist if Usos didn't forfeit on WWE Raw

Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston took a dig at Jey Uso's chances of winning the world title against Gunther at WrestleMania 41. As they wished to see the Bloodline star lose at Mania, the Main Event Jey reminded the New Day about the sacrifices Usos made. He claimed the Kofimania wouldn't exist if the Usos didn't forfeit their Gauntlet Match.

Jey was upset over his segment with Gunther where he spoke about the people who doubted him. After a brawl against the Ring General, Jey headed backstage with disappointment on his face. He was confronted by the New Day duo of Woods and Kofi. Xavier claimed he understood what it meant for a tag team star to break out to go solo.

Kofi reminded Jey about Kofimania in 2019 where none thought he could claim a win. Kingston said he became a world champion and Xavier added they could not wait to see Jey lose to Gunther. As the New Day duo took a dig at the Bloodline star, Jey did not waste much time and got straight to the point.

How did Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso help KofiMania?

The Main Event Jey claimed Kofimania wouldn't exist if Usos didn't forfeit their Gauntlet Match. Jey moved out of the scene and Xavier stopped Kofi from saying anything further. Fans felt the segment was a good callback for the past when the Usos had sacrificed their being for the New Day's good.

Six tag teams - New Day, The Bar, Daniel Bryan and Rowen, The Usos, Anderson and Gallows, and Rusev and Shinsuke Nakamura, were up against each other in a Gauntlet match in 2019. If the New Day's Woods and Big E claimed a win, Kofi was promised a shot at the world title at WrestleMania.

In one of the most selfless acts in the history of the company, the Usos decided to forfeit the match out of respect for the faction. Jey reminded Kofi and Woods about his and Jimmy's selfless act which helped Kofi to become the world champion.
