Though the 2025 event is far more unpredictable than usual, speculation regarding who might win the 2025 WWE Men's Royal Rumble has increased with just two months to go. On Saturday, February 1, 2025, the 38th annual Royal Rumble PLE will be held at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana, in the United States. Since November 15, PLE tickets have been available for purchase. 

The highly awaited men's and women's Royal Rumble battle at the inaugural PLE of 2025 has seen BetOnline post its updated odds ahead of the event. According to BetOnline's most recent early betting odds, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and "The Man" Becky Lynch are the front-runners to win their respective bouts at the first PLE of 2025.

"The Second City Saint" CM Punk was proposed by Hall of Famer Bully Ray as the perfect contender for the men's Royal Rumble in a recent episode of Busted Open Radio. Ray also proposed that the men's Royal Rumble, which is set for February in Indianapolis, should include "The OTC" Roman Reigns and the Second City Saint as its final two competitors. Can you think of anybody else being a bigger story than Punk winning the Rumble this year? In addition, the Hall of Famer proposed a scenario in which CM Punk wins the men's Royal Rumble match and is guaranteed a seat at WrestleMania 41 when Paul Heyman betrays Reigns. The former champion still longs for a WrestleMania main event, which Ray clarified would be possible for Punk if he won the Royal Rumble. He added that there are several main-event choices for WrestleMania offered by the organization, including Roman Reigns vs. Solo-Sikoa and Punk vs. Cody Rhodes.
