Vince McMahon recently posted on X to confirm the end of his hush money charges. While he has to pay $1.73 million for legal woes, Vince will be freed from the case that forced him to step down as the Chairman of WWE. As Mr. McMahon holds over 80 lakh shares in TKO, it is worth wondering if he would return to WWE.

While his hush money charges are removed, Vince still has a big lawsuit filed by Janel Grant which accused him of sexual trafficking. Despite the case being responsible for his exit from WWE is no longer valid, his return to WWE might not be easy, as his image has been tarnished badly.

The WWE management and TKO are aware of the Janel Grant Lawsuit for which the investigation has been going on. If Vince McMahon were found guilty, he would probably never be able to return to WWE. But if he isn't found guilty, there could be a case of him returning to WWE.

Will Vince McMahon be the WWE Chairman again?

While he was the Chairman of WWE in the past and was the head of the creative team, WWE has changed completely in the last few years. Nick Khan is the current WWE Chairman and Triple H has total control over the creative team. Under their leadership, WWE is doing better than it did under Vince from 2013 to 2022.

Vince has a total of 8,021,405 shares in the TKO, which accounts for about 9.88% of class A stock. However, he has no say over the voting rights. Hence, his say over controlling WWE depends on a lot of individuals who have voting rights.

Given his image, age, and the Janel Grant lawsuit, it is unlikely for Vince to return to WWE as the Chairman. However, one could make a case for McMahon to return to WWE's management, as his hush money charges are being removed. He might never be allowed to be a part of the creative team or to head the business again.
