The tension in the Judgement Day is on an all-time high. Damian Priest does not want any member of the faction to interfere in his match and want them to concentrate on their business. Rhea Ripley is upset by Dirty Dom leaning towards Liv Morgan. Balor believes Priest to be a changed man since his title win at WrestleMania. All these are signs of the faction imploding soon. 

At SummerSlam, Damian's challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship is Gunther. It will be a tough challenge for Priest though he has done a great job so far. Finn might realize the difficulty to beat the King General. There could be a chance of him interfering in the match to try and help El Campeon. It could irk Damian and be responsible for the implosion of the faction.

The purpose of the formation of the Judgement Day is nearly complete. Every member has met the needs by the faction. Damian and Mami got the World titles. Dominik became one of the top heels and is currently in a popular storyline. JD McDonagh has won the tag team title. Carlito is at his best version since returning to WWE. Finn becoming responsible to the faction's breakdown could be the last successful mission.

Liv Morgan to become catalyst in the Judgement Day's implosion?

On the other hand, there's a chance of the creative team taking a different route in the story. Liv Morgan has been trying to take everything away from Mami. That includes Women's World Championship, Dirty Dom, and the Judgement Day itself. She might be ahead of everyone's idea in that regard. A deal with Finn could shock the Judgement Day. 

Either way, Finn is likely to become a bigger heel and Damian is likely to be the face. The odds are against Priest at SummerSlam. The only possibility of Damian retaining the title would be to give him a slightly longer run. A rematch would still ensure Gunther beating Damian at the Bash at the Berlin to become the world champion.
