Will Daniel Bryan return to WWE following expiration of his AEW contract?

Bryan Danielson's current contract with AEW is set to expire soon. The star wrestler has been having a good time in the company. However, many believe that Bryan should return to WWE for a second run. The only question regarding the return would be the fact that a lot is on the table in WWE to be served. They have probably the greatest roster in the recent past.

Fitting Bryan Danielson in the roster having some of the best talents and doing his character justice might be a bit difficult. But when asked about it recently, Konnan claimed that Stamford-based company is where Bryan must head to. He felt the top Wrestling company would take care of its former employees better than they did in the past. 

Konnan said that Triple H being the head of the creative team would mean Bryan to get better exposure in the company. While Konnan acknowledged the fact that Danielson's run in AEW has been good, he felt WWE is where someone like Daniel fits in perfectly. Konnan claimed it would be good for WWE to have another star on their roster.

Will Bryan Danielson dethrone Swerve Strickland?

Bryan performed well in the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament 2024. Till the final, the star wrestler overcame some of the best wrestlers in the company. Even in the final, the former world champion got a tough challenge for Hangman Page. In a great duel, the star wrestler had a difficult win. With the major win, Daniel has earned himself a shit at the world title against Swerve Strickland at 'All In' in London. 

It will probably be the toughest challenge for Bryan in a while. Strickland has been in a beast form in the last few months. As a world champion, he's unbeaten and looks close to being impossible to beat. If Bryan can manage to pull off a win, it can be one of the greatest achievements of his career. That promises to be a great battle between the two.
