Will Cody Rhodes turn heel and join The Rock's faction?

The Rock asked for Cody Rhodes' soul and shocked him on WWE Smackdown. The American Nightmare will reply to The Final Boss' offer at the Elimination Chamber 2025. Given their past which was not great and their friendly present, it will be interesting to see if Cody would choose to join The Rock's plans or reject it.

At the Elimination Chamber 2025, there will be a segment where Cody will either accept or reject The Rock's offer. A lot of factors depend on the world champion's decision. The major reason behind the delay in decision-making is how The Rock and Cody went up against each other just a year ago.

Tough decision for Cody Rhodes?

Leading up to WrestleMania XL, The Rock was on Roman Reigns' side and protected his cousin. The Rock did everything in his power to try and stop Cody from finishing his story. But things have changed since then. In 2025, The Rock and Cody are friends and so are their mothers.

From the looks of it, one might sense both parties to be on the same page. But there could also be a case where The Final Boss could be manipulating Cody with his words. His messages have all been cryptic since WrestleMania and could define the future of the company.

The Rock promised Cody the life he would never forget after joining him. If the world champion decides to join hands with Rocky, it might be good for his family. The only thing that might stop him from not joining is their past which was not pleasant. If Cody joins Rocky, it might be one of the most unexpected unions.
