Why Jey Uso hasn't moved towards Bloodline or Judgement Day story?

Post SummerSlam, Jey Uso has moved nowhere. He had a lot of options at his disposal. Either he could have helped Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest to address the issue of Dirty Dom, Liv Morgan, and Finn Balor, or he could have helped the old Bloodline in taking on the new Bloodline. At the moment, he seems to be bothered by neither.

While he is teasing to join both factions, he hasn't made a massive move yet. All Jey has done so far is to reunite with Sami Zayn. In the latest episode of Monday Night Raw, Jey said that he would aim to go after the Intercontinental Championship. He will be taking part in the competition which will determine the challenger of Bron Breakker for the IC title.

It means that Jey Uso is still eyeing the solo gold. The motive of the Main Event Jey to go solo was to increase his credibility as a performer. In all likelihood, he would continue to do the same till at least Bad Blood. After that, he could get a Smackdown call-up from Roman Reigns and Co where he would be required to help them against Solo Sikoa and Co.

Reunification of Sami Zayn and Jey Uso

There might not be a huge role for Jey to play in the Judgement Day story. After all, it's their story and not his. There could be some segments where he could express his love for Mami and his friendship with Priest. But apart from that, he might not be involved in the Judgement Day story. He is needed for the story of the Bloodline Civil War.

But things can only move slowly given the past of Roman Reigns and others from the Old Bloodline. The OTC must realize his mistakes and then consult Sami and Jey for their help. In the meantime, Sami and Jey could reunite themselves which could make the job of the OTC easier. But for now, Jey's focus is to elevate his career as a solo performer.
