Roman Reigns returned to WWE Raw and took out Seth Rollins and CM Punk. The OTC witnessed Paul Heyman looking after Punk, who was badly hurt by Seth. Roman took out Punk with a spear, and the Wiseman was scared for life. Heyman could be the key person in the feud between Roman and Punk, and he could go either way.

Roman was attacked by Seth after their Royal Rumble elimination. Punk eliminated the duo and ensured the thorn in their way was out. But Logan eliminated him, which ensured a brawl between Seth, Roman, and Punk at the ringside. In the entire segment, Heyman was worried for Punk and Roman as Seth Rollins went mad at them.
Rollins delivered multiple Curb Stomps to Roman, and Heyman tried to stop him. The OTC was taken back to the locker room by the Wiseman before he was ruled out of action for an indefinite time. At the Elimination Chamber, Seth ensured Punk got eliminated by Cena with a Curb Stomp.
Will Paul Heyman betray Roman Reigns to join CM Punk?
The feud between Punk and Seth continued on WWE Raw last week, which set a match for the main event of this week. The duo faced each other in a Steel Cage match, which turned out to be great. Just when Seth was about to dominate Punk, the OTC interfered and indirectly helped Rollins claim a win.
The OTC delivered multiple Superman Punches and followed them up with a Curb Stomp to Seth. As the security guards and Adam Pearce stopped him from doing further damage to Seth, Roman's focus shifted towards Punk, who was attended by Heyman. Roman could not believe his eyes that his Wiseman was helping Punk.
The OTC delivered a spear to Punk and had the last laugh. It might've confirmed the triple threat feud between Punk, Roman, and Seth at WrestleMania 41. Heyman could play a key role in the result of the match. There is a chance of him betraying Roman to join Punk, which was teased during the Survivor Series.
