WWE: Fans gave a great welcome to Shawn Michaels ahead of NXT's CW Premiere. They sang his song along with his iconic line "Sexy Boy" to start the night.

Shawn Michaels received a great reception from the NXT fans ahead of the CW Premiere. The head of the developmental brand entered the arena along with Triple H to kickstart the new era of NXT. As the music hit, the fans went crazy and sang his song including the iconic line the "Sexy Boy". It definetly was a great way to start the show.

Shawn Michaels was one of the earliest Superstars who sang their own theme song. Initially, it was not well received by the fans. But in the years to come, his theme song and entrance both became popular andΒ  iconic. Shawn entered the show with his amazing rotation move and shook hands with the fans.

The fans then sang "Sexy Boy" and showed how much they still love him. Shawn was grateful for their love and support. What followed was the entrance of Triple H. The 14-time world champion was in the house to make some big announcements. It turned out to be the new era of NXT quite literally.

New look to NXT

While the move from USA Network to CW was the main update, there were some other changes for the brand. There was a change in the logo of NXT. It was much similar to Smackdown which witnessed a change in logo.

The new era of NXT has switched from golden to silver color. With the change in color of the logo, there was a change in the color of the world titles as well. Roxanne Perez and Ethan Page's titles witnessed a change in color. From the golden, they were updated to silver colored titles.

The fans have expressed their liking for the change of color. The DX duo kickstarted the new era of NXT by asking the fans if they were ready together in Triple H's style. The event witnessed Wes Lee, Roxanne Perez, Fatal Influence, and Trick Williams claiming their wins. Cora Jade's return was the highlight of the night.
