WATCH: Throwback to Cristiano Ronaldo being awestruck by The Undertaker's entrance in Riyadh Cup final

The Undertaker appeared in the Riyadh Cup final earlier this year. He dressed up in his iconic suit and entered slowly to the stadium to his song. The crowd went crazy just by hearing his song. Just like the fans, Cristiano Ronaldo was awestruck in the stadium before the final. The Undertaker kickstarted the match by lifting the trophy. It was one of the rare appearances of the Deadman post his retirement.

Since then, the American Badass has been in the ring only once. At WrestleMania XL, Taker entered the ring for a few seconds and choke-slammed The Rock to help Cody Rhodes win the title. In the Riyadh Cup final, Ronaldo and Co had a forgettable night. Against Al Hilal, Al Nassr ended up losing the final badly. Their 0-2 loss witnessed them losing without scoring a goal and losing the majority of the possession.

Ronaldo was sad after losing the match. He could not deliver his best performance which was one of the reasons for the loss of Al Nassr. The Undertaker was present in the arena and had the opportunity to present the title to the winners. It marked a great moment of collaboration between WWE and Saudi Arabia which has been growing in stature.

WWE and Saudi Arabia's partnership

Every year, a WWE PLE takes place in Saudi. More often than not, Crown Jewel takes place in Saudi Arabia. Earlier this year, the King of the Ring tournament took place in Riyadh. The focus of the Saudi Arabian government has been to bring much bigger PLEs like the SummerSlam, Royal Rumble, and WrestleMania to their country. 

Cristiano Ronaldo opened his YouTube channel recently. Very soon, he scripted history and became the fastest-ever individual to cross the mark of 1 million to 5 million subscribers. The star player might have only a little bit of time left in his professional career. He would like to make the most of it by the end of the upcoming season with Al Nassr.
