After winning the 17th World Championship at WrestleMania 41, Cena sparked a huge response from the Las Vegas audience as he opened the April 21 edition of Raw, eliciting both good and negative responses.  Before the highly anticipated "Backlash" bout between the iconic John Cena and WWE superstar Randy Orton in May, Orton startled the famous Cena with his signature RKO. Cena was interacting with the audience at Monday night RAW when Orton unexpectedly came from the back and slammed him down with his signature RKO technique.

Before getting struck with RKO, Cena, who was holding the golden WWE title belt, told fans to "get a great picture because the last real champ is here." The RKO expert opened his trademark technique on the WWE champion as Cena turned around, and commentators suddenly recognized Orton's face behind him. John Cena only stated that winners write history while showing his title. At WrestleMania 41, he won the title against Cody Rhodes.

According to Cena, it isn't how a functioning partnership operates. That is not how you would treat your wife or child.  Cena went on to say that everyone should apologize to him, but none of them are brave enough to do it.  "We are sorry," the fans chanted, but Cena continued. There are just 27 days left on John Cena's WWE appearance calendar until he retires.  The championship goes home with him, even though he is aware that WWE RAW will continue and a new champion will be crowned.

John Cena to face Randy Orton at Backlash

According to Cena, fans have no way to halt this, and their greatest opportunity was with Cody Rhodes. Orton made a statement by doing so. He will show off his skills when he faces Cena at the "Backlash" event on May 10. At Monday night's (April 21) RAW, Cena was feeling great after defeating Cody Rhodes at Wrestlemania 41 to become the undisputed WWE champion with the most championships in history.
