Jey Uso posted a never-before-seen video of Jimmy Uso thanking him shortly after the Men's Royal Rumble match. By the final elimination of John Cena, Jey triumphed in his first-ever Royal Rumble Match. Jimmy started as number ten in the 2025 Men's Royal Rumble Match, but Jacob Fatu beat him. The Cenation Leader, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Sami Zayn were all eliminated by Jey, who advanced all the way and even received three eliminations.

WWE fans went into the evening anticipating that Cena would become the second WWE Superstar to win three Royal Rumble bouts, behind Stone Cold Steve Austin. The 16-time World Champion was the overwhelming favorite and was emotional from the beginning.

Jey posted a video of himself hugging his brother on social media shortly after winning the Royal Rumble. Jey Uso earned title match spot at WrestleMania 41
