Kevin Owens delivered a crazy Fisherman Buster through the ladder to Cody Rhodes during their match at WWE Royal Rumble 2025. Kevin risked everything to take his opponent out of the match. The star wrestler ended up hurting his skull in the process. Sami Zayn and the officials came to see if Kevin and Cody were fine.

KO and Cody delivered a banger in their match as the duo went after each other with no mercy whatsoever. Fans were invested in the match throughout with the chants of "Holy sh*t". Their match had some of the craziest spots none better than KO's Fisherman Buster through the ladder to Cody.

Kevin Owens arranged the ladder to be placed with one end being placed on another ladder and the other placed on the ring. He prepared for the Brainbuster and instead chose a high-risk option and delivered a Fisherman Buster through the ladder. Cody bounced from the ladder and fell unconscious due to the high impact of the spot.

Kevin hurt himself in the process as he hit his head on the ladder. The situation seemed a bit serious which asked for some help from the officials. The referees saw if Cody and Kevin were all right. Sami Zayn was concerned about the well-being of Cody and Kevin.
The Honorary Uso checked if KO was fine and did the same with Cody. Kevin seemed to be badly injured and the blood flew out of his face. Rhodes did not give a damn about anything and wanted to get the job done. He targeted Kevin through the ladder and further impacted his chances.
The American Nightmare climbed up the ladder and grabbed both titles to claim a win. He officially took the Winged Eagle title away and restored its honor. Sami kept on looking for his friend who was badly injured after the match. Fans claimed it to be the best match of the night before the start of the Men's Rumble match.
