Ethan Page has turned out to be an absolute psychopath on WWE NXT. In the last few months, All Ego has attacked Je'Von Evans, Dante Chen, and Cedric Alexander. Evans, in fact, wanted to help Page to find his smile following a heavy title loss against Trick Williams. Page might wreak havoc against everyone on his way.
Ethan made his WWE NXT debut in 2024 and found himself in the world title scene. He beat Trick, Shawn Spears, and Je'Von Evans in a Fatal 4-way match at Heatwave to win his maiden NXT Men's Title. He managed to have a good title reign and even defended the title against Joe Hendry and other top stars before losing it to Trick.

For a few weeks, Ethan tried to find his smile as he seemed depressed without the title. Being a well-wisher of him, Evans tried to help him find his smile. Instead of thanking him, Ethan attacked him brutally which led to blood flowing out of the youngster's mouth twice in two weeks.

Page thanked Je'Von for helping him find his smile back. But he did not stop there. Ethan went on to hurt the likes of Dante Chen and Cedric Alexander in the last few weeks. Ethan brutally attacked Dante and Cedric just like he did to Evans.
Page in his match against Dante, ensured his opponent's leg was damaged. He hurt Chen's leg by striking through the steel stairs. He manhandled Cedric by harming his right arm. Evans was attacked on his face. After doing all of it, Ethan had a smile as if he enjoyed hurting all of them.
Ethan had a talk with Ava a few weeks ago backstage during NXT New Year's Evil. Page wanted to know why he wasn't in the PLE. He met The Rock who claimed to be always there to help him. Ethan was happy with the Final Boss and claimed to take it as an advantage to hurt more people in the future.
