When WWE SmackDown's most recent program featured veteran wrestler Randy Orton, the crowd in Barcelona went crazy. A viral video on social media showed the crowd signing his entrance theme, "voices," at the top of their voices, and Orton acknowledged it as he entered the ring.

Undisputed champion Cody Rhodes' entrance into the arena and equally enthusiastic singing of his theme energised the Barcelona audience. In the meantime, Carmelo Hayes lost to the Legend Killer via RKO on SmackDown. Despite Orton's attempts to show respect by helping Hayes stand, the latter refused. Orton gave him a forearm uppercut after laughing. As Orton punched Hayes ten times in the corner, the fans counted in Spanish. Then, when they cut to an early break, he slapped Hayes on the announce desk. Orton returned and installed a DDT drape.
Hayes retaliated by springboarding at Orton with a body press, but Orton converted it into a near-fall snap power slam in midair. A minute later, Hayes executed a jumping DDT for a two-count after kicking Orton's knee. In the end, Orton won with an RKO Out of Nowhere. At Wrestlemania next month, Kevin Owens and Randy Orton might square off, with the former using a lethal piledriver to injure the former World Champion. In the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, however, Orton made a comeback to RKO Owens.
