A video has been released by the official handle of WWE NXT regarding the backstage conversation between Trick Williams and Joe Hendry. In the video, Williams is thanking Hendry for assisting him on NXT. Trick started the promo and claimed that he taught Spears a lesson for stopping him from avoiding a pinfall on NXT Heatwave.

The former NXT Champion said he would've had to do it alone if not for Hendry. He added that all he had to do was say his name. And just like that, Joe appeared from behind and interacted with Trick. The duo spoke with each other about their match. Trick was grateful for getting assistance from Joe. The TNA star claimed it was his pleasure to help him.

The duo teamed up on the yellow brand and took on the likes of Shawn Spears and Ethan Page in a tag team match. The main event saw Trick and Joe beat Page and Spears. It brought peace to Trick who has been angry in the last few days. The duo thanked each other with a unique celebration. The duo exchanged a lap with fists and gave a hug to each other. 

Will Joe Hendry eye for NXT Championship?

The video released by WWE NXT has gone viral on X, Instagram, and other social media platforms. Fans started to share it and felt the crossovers between WWE and TNA are the most beautiful thing in wrestling currently. Trick further vowed to get his NXT Championship from Ethan Page back. He seems to be a man on a mission.

Meanwhile, there is a chance of Hendry attempting to claim the world title from Page. The commentators felt there could be a chance of it. According to their opinions, if not for it, he had no other reasons to go against Page on NXT. It would be interesting to see how the dynamics could change in the days to come.
