WATCH: Tomasso Ciampa's failure: When could he finish his story against Randy Orton?

Tomasso Ciampa has failed to RKO Randy Orton out of nowhere in all instances in the last few weeks. The trend started when the DIY member attempted to deliver an RKO to the Viper on the 19th of June. Tomasso told his partner Johnny Gargano that he would deliver RKO to Orton out of nowhere. Randy was using his phone and Ciampa tried to use it to his advantage.

From the other side of the ring, the DIY member ran with full force. Just when he tried to deliver the finisher, Randy moved away from the impact as if he got a call. Ciampa broke his back and called himself stupid along with Johnny. Since then, the tag team champion has been trying hard to finish his story of delivering an RKO to the Apex Predator out of nowhere.

His second attempt came in the locker room where Randy Orton was interacting with some of his fans around a table. When Ciampa came running, the 14-time world champion moved out of the impact. Tomasso fell on the table as the fans wondered what was wrong with him. He and Johnny again claimed it to be a stupid move.

Repeated failures for Tomasso Ciampa

But the Smackdown star was not among the ones who gave up. He further wore a wig and disguised himself to attempt the mission. But even that failed and Ciampa injured his back. The following attempt was near the swimming pool. It was after he and Gargano became the tag team champions. Tomasso Ciampa failed yet again and fell into the pool.

The latest attempt came a few days back and Ciampa used a special strategy. The star wrestler used his daughter as a distraction to Orton. His daughter went to him and asked for a selfie. Ciampa came running and Randy kicked out of the impact yet again. This time, even his daughter enjoyed his failure. The story of Ciampa has impressed fans who are hoping to see him finish the story similar to Cody Rhodes.
