WATCH: Throwback to Jey Uso imitating The Rock's people's elbow against Damian Priest

Jey Uso imitated the finisher of The Rock people's elbow in one of the old episodes of Friday Night Smackdown. The Judgement Day was up against the Bloodline in the episode as Jey and Jimmy took on Damian and Finn Balor. During the match, Jey executed the people's elbow on Priest. The fans loved it and let out loud cheers in the arena.

The old video has gone viral on X. Jey Uso took on Priest one-on-one and showed glimpses of a good solo career to follow him. Both sides put on a show and showed why they were the most dominant factions on Raw and Smackdown respectively. As Finn was tired, Jey targeted Priest and delivered him the people's elbow.

The Main Event Jey removed the ankle cap and threw it to the crowd similar to The Rock. He went after Priest from one side of the ring to the other, jumped over his opponent, and tested before delivering the People's elbow. The fans cheered for Jey's tribute. The video went viral amidst rumours about The Rock's return.

When will Jimmy Uso and The Rock return?

The final boss finished the schedule of his shooting for The Smashing Machine a week before SummerSlam. Many felt it could be a sign of his return. However, the final boss did not return to the PLE. Even Jimmy Uso did not return. Many expected Jimmy to return before SummerSlam if not during the PLE.

In the upcoming weeks, Jimmy is likely to return to Smackdown. However, the return of The Rock seems a bit unclear. Everything depends on how the story of the Bloodline would progress. There is a good chance of the Rock being the actual Tribal Chief behind Solo Sikoa. When he returns, the story of the Bloodline could get massive.
