The Undertaker took to X and posted a message on the match between John Cena and AJ Styles at the WWE Crown Jewel 2025 in Australia's Perth. The Phenom claimed it to be a masterclass and a beautiful tribute to Wrestling. The American Badass agreed with the WWE universe and claimed that the match between the two was indeed awesome.

"Thank you John Cena and thank you AJ Styles. A masterclass and beautiful tribute to wrestling. The #WWEUniverse said it…but that was AWESOME," wrote The Undertaker on X. Like the Deadman, the match was loved by many fans, Superstars, and former wrestlers.

Cena and Styles wrestled each other one final time in their careers and made it a memory for a lifetime for the fans. The match started with a special note from Cena to Styles, which mentioned about the latter's work in TNA, Bullet Club, his peak in SmackDown, and so on. 

John Cena's tribute to The Undertaker at the WWE Crown Jewel 2025

It was a match which saw a series of tributes by both wrestlers to some of their greatest rivals. Cena paid homage to the likes of The Miz, Rusev, Chris Jericho, Randy Orton, Bray Wyatt, and Taker himself. He also attempted to pay tribute to Rey Mysterio and Triple H, but was countered by the Phenomenal One.

Towards the ending moments of the match, Cena delivered a Tombstone Piledriver and followed it up with an Attitude Adjustment. In the process, he paid tribute to The Undertaker and followed it up with a pinfall to claim the win. It was an exceptional match and many regarded it to be among the greatest Wrestling matches of all time.
