Ric Flair took to social media and announced separation from his fifth wife Mendy. The star wrestler claimed that he enjoyed 13 years of his life with Wendy. However, he said their time was up to separate as they were working on different projects and it would not be possible for him to spend time with her. Flair thanked Wendy enough for staying by his side.

Ric Flair and Wendy have been together for over 13 years. They married each other in 2018 and were happy as a couple since then. Flair took to X anc claimed that the duo had their ups and downs like every other couple. He felt it was time for their to part ways.

"As With Every Couple, We Have Experienced Our Ups And Downs. I Think It’s Important For Everyone To Know Right Now That We Have Decided To Part Ways Respectfully," wrote Flair. The AEW Superstar claimed that Wendy stood by him even at the toughest phase of his life.

The veteran was greateful for her not leaving him during his health crisis. "I'll Never Ever Be Able To Thank Her Enough For Standing By My Side Through My Terrible Health Crisis In 2017. She Never Left My Side! And For That I Will Always Be Grateful!" added the former WWE Superstar.

Ric revealed the reason behind separatiing from his wife. He said his wife was working on a different project and it was difficult for him to spend time with her. The 16-time world champion, who worked with wrestlers like Triple H, Batista, and Randy Orton, wished her luck for the project and hoped she would support his projects.

"We Both Are Working On Different Projects At The Current Time & It Becomes Difficult With My Schedule & Her Schedule To Make This Work. I Wish Her The Best Of Luck With Her Projects, And I Know That She Supports Mine!" added Flair in his statement on X, Instagram, and otjer social media platforms.
