Apart from the booking of the Main Event, the show was excellent with some great promos and matches. It was one of the best Raw episodes of the year, given the quality of matches and segmets. Some of the male wrestlers got good screen time, especially with their presence in the Battle Royal.

Tag Team Titles

The Men's tag team titles were defended since July. After JD McDonagh and Finn Balor regained their titles from the New Day's Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston, they hadn't been defended on TV. Hence, their title defense was set against Dragon Lee and AJ Styles, who had troubled the Judgement Day members in the last few weeks.

The match was a banger, as it was fast paced and everyone delivered, big time. JD McDonagh proved why he continues to be underrated. Dragon Lee won his first gold, which was a much deserved one, given the work he has put. Styles and Balor proved why there are highly respected. Lee and Styles dethroned the Judgement Day stars to become the new tag team champs.

Men's Intercontinental Championship

The Men's Intercontinental Championship was one the line, as Dominik Mysterio defended it against Rusev. The Judgement Day star had a defense against Penta last week, where Rusev interfered and led to his match against Dom official. It was a good match between the two, where Dom's hel antics helped him secure the win.

Towards the ending moments of the match, Dom teased as if to vacate the match midway with the title. Penta stopped him from doing so and got involved in a brawl with Rusev. Dom wanted to use hammer, but was caught by Rusev. However, he delivered his opponent a low blow and followed it up with a Frog Splash to defend his title.

Women's Intercontinental Championship

The Women's IC Title continues to be the biggest title on the red brand for the Women's Division.Last week on Raw, Maxxine Dupri claimed the biggest win of her career. Following her win against Becky Lynch, the Alpha Academy Star earned a match for the Women's IC Title.
