Paul Heyman made a shocking claim on the latest episode of Friday Night Smackdown. The Wise man of the Bloodline had a backstage conversation with the GM of blue brand, Nick Aldis, where he spoke about a big decision made on Roman Reigns. The WWE Hall of famer asked Aldis to stop the match between Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga against Randy Orton and Kevin Owens in Backlash 2024.
The Smackdown GM was perplexed by the request of Heyman. When asked the reason, the wise man claimed that the duo has not been carrying out anything as per the orders of the Tribal Chief. Heyman then claimed that he has not had a conversation with Roman Reigns since WrestleMania XL. He then claimed that Roman did not withdraw his name from WWE draft 2024.
Heyman said that it was him who withdrew Roman's name from the draft 2024. Paul claimed that he did not want his Tribal Chief to go through the chaos going on from the Bloodline since WrestleMania XL. Paul added that he did not want Orton and Kevin to go through the consequences of ugly fight from Tonga and Solo. Aldis asked Heyman to try and stop the match himself.
Brawl breaks out in RKO Show
Paul came to the show of RKO and asked Orton and Owens to step out of the match. Orton said it was poor from Heyman to ask them to step away from the match. He then asked who the 'real' Tribal Chief of the Bloodline was. The crowd chanted 'Roman Reigns' as the duo of Tonga and Sikoa attacked the duo of Orton anf Owens from behind.
The crowd booed the Bloodline. The duo of Orton and Owens took on Solo and Tonga respectively. The security guards interrupted and tried to stop the brawl. An angry Orton took out the security guards while Owens took out Tonga and the security guards. In Backlash 2024, it will be interesting to see how the Bloodline moves forward given the new dynamics.
