CM Punk and Roman Reigns had a verbal faceoff with each other on WWE Smackdown ahead of the Survivor Series War Games. The second city saint claimed he did not like the OTC and was only there to help the Wiseman. In return, the voice of the voiceless wanted a favor from Heyman which was not revealed to Roman.
In their conversation, Roman Reigns had to wait for a few minutes before Punk entered the chat. By then, the OTC was frustrated and was nearly about to leave. As Punk entered the room, Roman made it clear that he did not like the former Nexus member. The OTC also let him know that he did not need any help.

"I damn sure don't want to team with you at WarGames," said Roman. Paul Heyman had to remind Roman that Solo's team was way too overpowered and they had to stay united to take them on. "All five of them are going to come after you because Solo knows you are the threat. Divided, we all fall to Solo. United, at best, we survive," said Heyman.
'Our Wiseman will owe me a favor' - CM Punk
CM Punk said he did not like Roman either and was about to help only because of Heyman. The cult of personality said he and Roman could talk after surviving the War Games. "If we survive WarGames, you want to revisit this conversation, just me and you, I'm all ears," said Punk.
Punk and Roman agreed to be teammates just for one instance at the War Games. Roman wondered if Punk would want any favor from him. The star wrestler replied saying Heyman owes him a favor, not Roman. "My friend. Our Wiseman. Will owe me a favor," added Punk.
Just like that, Punk disappeared from the room. Roman asked Heyman what favor Punk was referring to. The Wiseman said they could discuss after the War Games. "My Tribal Chief, let's get through WarGames. Then we'll have all the time in the world to talk about it," Heyman said.
