The 16-time world champion appeared at the press conference, sat for a few seconds, dropped the mic, and did not utter a word before making his exit. Cena signified that his actions spoke for himself, and there was nothing for him to explain his actions.

John pulled off the unbelievable move by attacking Cody Rhodes after winning the Elimination Chamber. The childhoods of millions of fans went down the drain as they saw the negative side of their hero. While some of his ardent fans were unhappy with his move, Cena's heel turn has received a great sense of positive reaction from others.
Cena used a Rolex watch and smashed Cody on his face. He delivered a low blow and followed it up by hitting the American Nightmare with the Undisputed WWE Championship. Blood flew from Cody's face after Cena brutally attacked him. The Rock hit Cody with his belt.
The segment ended with Cena, The Final Boss, and Travis Scott heading back to the locker room as if they had formed a faction. Fans, analysts, experts, and everyone else wanted an answer from Cena for his actions. At the press conference, Cena had nothing to say and just dropped the mic as his reply.
