Jey Uso got emotional as he won his maiden singles title in his WWE career. For the first time in 14 years, Jey became a solo champion as he won the Intercontinental Championship by beating Bron Breakker on the main event of Raw. During the segment with the interviewer, Jey got emotional and was in tears as the fans chanted "You Deserve it".
Jey Uso indeed deserved to win the title. For over a year, he has been the most 'over' Superstar on Raw. The fans have been rooting for him to win the title only to see him lose on every instance since the start of the year. He lost the IC title to Gunther and the world title match to Damian Priest.

Apart from it, he lost multiple opportunities to be a singles champion by losing matches like the Money in the Bank match, Men's Royal Rumble match, and so on. His moment of glory finally arrived as the star wrestler beat Bron Breakker to claim the title.
Jey Uso beats Bron Breakker on WWE Raw
It turned out to be a great match, arguably the best he has ever wrestled in a long time. The younger Uso got the momentum from a lot of spots. But towards the ending moments, he unleashed his best version and was totally over Bron who had no clue what happened.
Bron went for a spear and Jey countered it. He came up with his own spear and delivered a Uso splash. However, the prodigy kicked out at two and was a bit shocked by Jey's fightback. The WWE star attempted to deliver his running spear down the ringside.
However, there was a massive turn of events. Jey countered it with a Superkick. He then got into the position and delivered a spear through the barricade. The star wrestler got Bron into the ring and delivered another spear. He executed a Uso splash and claimed a win via pinfall. It was probably the best moment of Jey in his career so far.
