Jey Uso and Charlotte Flair's Royal Rumble 2025 wins
Jey and Charlotte emerged as the Royal Rumble 2025 winners. Charlotte made her WWE return for the first time in over 13 months and entered the Women's Royal Rumble 2025 match as the 23rd entrant. She eliminated Perez and Nia Jax in the last few seconds and became the first Women's wrestler to win the Royal Rumble twice.
Her booking was overshadowed by the main event of the night which saw Jey eliminating John Cena to win his maiden Men's Rumble match. Many expressed their disappointment over Cena not winning the Men's Rumble in his appearance. However, many also claimed Jey was not deserving to headline the Main Event of WrestleMania.
Fans argued that the Royal Rumble 2025 match had some of the biggest stars of the company like CM Punk, Roman Reigns, and Seth Rollins who were all snubbed of a Main Event Spot. Many felt they were better in the ring, on the mic, and would have been a better pick to win the Rumble.
