Is Sheamus jobbing a bit too much since his return to WWE Raw?

WWE: Since his return to Raw, Sheamus has won a solitary match. While a veteran putting over the talents isn't new, turning Sheamus into a jobber with no impact isn't good.

Sheamus seems to be jobbing a bit too much than needed on Raw. Since his return, the star wrestler has faced some talented wrestlers of the roster like Gunther, Drew McIntyre, Ilja Dragunov, Shinsuke Nakamura, Ludwig Kaiser, and Bronson Reed. However, barring the match where he debuted against Nakamura, another jobber, Sheamus has not been able to beat a single other opponent.

Sheamus returned to Raw after Mania. He beat Nakamura to show a lot of promises. Hwever, he has been booked to lose every other match since then. His promos with the likes of Drew McIntyre, Bron Breakker, and Ludwig Kaiser have been good. But he has been treated like a weak wrestler who can go down to the other stars of the roster with ease with just a bit of an interruption.

At his prime, Sheamus used to beat his opponents even after interferences. But he is now losing to the emerging talents like Reed, Kaiser, and others. The losing streak started since his King of the Ring qualifier match against Gunther. Since then, he has lost to Kaiser and Reed. Not once has he been able to claim a win which has disappointed a lot of fans.

Latest loss to Bronson reed on Raw angers fans

While putting over the opponents is understandable, it does not always have to be done by losing. Letting Sheamus win a few matches would only mean he is a force to reckon with. However, making him job every match would make fans lose hope on him. Some wrong bookings have made the fans angry just like the one in the latest episode where he lost to Reed.

In the ongoing feud, there seems to be no substance, as Pete Dunne has attacked Sheamus with unrevealed reason. He has been costing Sheamus a lot of matches without giving any explanation. It has meant a bad image of Sheamus among the fans. In the upcoming weeks, it seems like the Celtic Warrior badly needs a few wins under his belt. Else, he might not be regarded as a force to reckon with.
