Naomi's heel turn against Bayley seems inevitable at this point. The star wrestler returned at the Royal Rumble 2024 but hasn't been able to win anything signifcant since then. Bayley has come across as an obstacle on her way one or the other way. It could lead to Naomi getting tired and turning against her mate to finally address her concerns.

Naomi delivered a great performance in some of the PLEs like the Women's Elimination Chamber, Backlash 2024, and the Money in the Bank. In the latter, she was the most impressive and seemed to be a deserving candidate to win. After getting very close to the world title on multiple instances, Naomi hasn't won it.

It is in times like these that the wrestlers lose their mind and wreak havoc on even some of their close friends. It has happened with Chad Gable, Drew McIntyre, and others in the past. There is a chance of Naomi doing the same as she has been prevented from becoming the world champ on numerous occasions by Bayley.

Will Bad Blood be a centre of heel turns?

At Backlash 2024, she lost to Bayley and Tiffy in the triple threat match. In a couple of other instances, Bayley came on Naomi's way. Hence, Naomi might have her reasons to turn against Bayley.  At Bad Blood, Bayley is set to take on Nia Jax for the world title.

There are two sides that have wrestlers who aren't treated well enough. On one end, there is gold. Nia is the world champion and Stratton the Ms. Money in the Bank. Yet, tensions are high as Bayley and Naomi beat them in a tag team match last week.

Nia went hard against Tiffy earlier tonight which might not have went well with Tiffy. At the other end, Bayley has come in Naomi's way. Hence, there is a good chance of a double heel turn in the match between Bayley and Nia at Bad Blood. Both Naomi and Tiffy could turn against their respective partners.
