Kevin Owens has had an eventful week or so. He attacked Cody Rhodes after WWE Bad Blood as recorded by the fans. He was on Smackdown and claimed Cody to have attacked him and not the other way around. If where things are heading can be used for a prediction, there could be a potential triple-threat feud between the three till Royal Rumble 2025.
Kevin was instructed to now show up on Smackdown. However, he did and attacked Randy Orton whom he thought to have picked Cody's side. It will be interesting to see what the Viper has to say about KO's attack on him. The fans could be up for a surprise if Randy attacks Cody out of nowhere.
As how things are shaping up, it could lead to a one-on-one match between KO and Randy at Crown Jewel. Likewise, Cody is set to have a match against Gunther on the same night. Kevin could cost him the match leading to their match at Survivor Series 2024.
Will the feud lead to Randy Orton vs John Cena at WrestleMania 41?
In the major PLE, Randy could be on Cody's side. After the match, something big could happen. Either Randy could turn against Cody or vice versa. One must not be surprised with a latter given several instances of Rhodes teasing a heel turn. It could lead to their triple-threat feud.
Reports have claimed Cody dropped his belt well before WrestleMania 41. Likewise, there is also a rumor of Randy potentially becoming the world champion ahead of Mania where he could be headlining the main event of one of the nights against John Cena for the world title.
Connecting all these dots could lead to Randy beating Cody and KO to win at Royal Rumble 2025. Cena could return at the Men's Rumble 2025 and win either it or the Elimination Chamber to set a dream match with Randy. He could win the title to become a record 17-time world champion. Such a booking could do wonders for the blue brand.
